Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Time: All orders are dispatched within 2 working days after confirmation.

  • Shipping Time: Once dispatched, orders typically arrive within 3–7 working days, depending on your location.

  • Tracking: You will receive tracking details via WhatsApp or SMS once your parcel is on its way.

  • Shipping Charges: Calculated at checkout based on delivery location.

Returns & Exchanges

We hope you adore your Label Chitraa purchase — but if something isn’t quite right:

  • Returns are accepted only in case of:

    • Wrong product sent

    • Defective or damaged piece

  • Return Conditions:

    • Request must be raised within 4 hours of delivery

    • Product should be unused, with tags intact

    • Return shipping cost to be borne by the customer unless it's our mistake

  • Exchanges:

    • We allow size exchanges based on availability

    • Exchange requests must be raised within 1 day of delivery
