Refund policy

We do not provide any returns at this time unless the product is damaged/defective, for which we will need a valid parcel opening video proof, the video should be without any cuts and pauses with defect clearly displayed. You can request for exchange within 1 day of delivery. The exchanged product will be delivered to the original address once we receive the original product from your end.

To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

If your exchange is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting an exchange will not be accepted.

Exchanges
